Terms of Service – Finch Craft & Co

Welcome to Finch Craft & Co. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and all purchases made through it. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our website, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing any order.

1. General Terms

Finch Craft & Co reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those modifications.
All website content, including text, product images, and design elements, are the exclusive property of Finch Craft & Co and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws of Pakistan.
Our furniture is handcrafted, and as such, minor variations in color, texture, wood grain, or finishing may occur. These are natural characteristics and shall not be deemed as defects.

2. Orders & Payment Terms

An order is considered confirmed once we receive full payment or, in the case of Cash on Delivery (COD), an initial deposit of PKR 10,000 per product.
Advance payments for available stock are fully refundable prior to dispatch.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our payment verification process.
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Applicable taxes will be added at checkout as per the prevailing laws.

3. Product Details & Accuracy

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, product colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
Dimensions and weights mentioned are approximate and may differ slightly due to the handcrafted nature of the products.
Finch Craft & Co reserves the right to make minor design or material adjustments to improve product quality without prior notice.

4. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, production schedules, and delivery location.

For in-stock items, delivery time is approximately 3–4 working days.
For made-to-order items, estimated timelines are mentioned on each product page, and a tentative delivery date will be confirmed after order approval.

Customers must ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate and complete.
Finch Craft & Co is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, transport disruptions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns or exchanges for non-custom, ready-made items are accepted within three (3) calendar days of delivery, excluding the delivery day and the return dispatch date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original, undamaged packaging.
Custom-made or made-to-order furniture is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed upon inspection.
Upon receiving the returned item, Finch Craft & Co will conduct an inspection. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, with a deduction of PKR 5,000 per product to cover reverse logistics, handling, and repackaging costs.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If a product arrives damaged, the customer must inform us at contact number cited on website within 24 hours of delivery by providing an unboxing video (clearly showing the original company packaging being opened), supportive photos of the damage, and proof of purchase.
Finch Craft & Co will assess the issue and may offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund depending on the nature of the damage.
Upon validation of the claim, we will, at our discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or a partial/full refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 2017.

7. Warranties & Liability

Our furniture is made with care and quality materials. However, natural wear and tear, sunlight exposure, humidity, or misuse are not covered under any warranty.
Finch Craft & Co’s liability is limited to the purchase value of the product. We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product misuse, alteration, or improper handling.
Products installed or placed in remote or non-standard locations that prevent proper use or care may not qualify for warranty or after-sales support.

8. Privacy & Data Security

Customer data collected during order placement is used solely for order processing, delivery, and after-sales communication.
Finch Craft & Co strictly complies with the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016, and follows data protection principles applicable under Pakistan’s laws.
We do not sell, rent, or share customer information with third parties without consent. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the validity, invalidity, breach, or termination thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts, Pakistan.
