Change of Mind & Satisfaction Policy

Dear Valued Customer,

At Finch Craft & Co, we take pride in delivering thoughtfully crafted furniture designed to meet both functional and aesthetic expectations. If, however, your purchase does not fully meet your expectations, we are here to assist you in a fair and professional manner.

Please note that our furniture is handcrafted, and slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to natural materials, studio lighting, photography, or screen settings. These variations are inherent characteristics of handcrafted products and do not constitute defects.

If You Are Not Fully Satisfied

If you notice a concern or feel the product does not meet your expectations, please follow the steps below:

  1. Record a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the original Finch Craft & Co packaging being opened for the first time, with the original packing sticker and seal clearly visible and intact prior to opening.
  2. Share the video and supporting photos with our Customer Care team within the eligible time period.
  3. Our team will review the matter and guide you through the available resolution options.

Available Resolutions (Subject to Assessment)

Depending on the nature of the concern and inspection outcome, we may offer:

  • Exchange with a replacement product, or
  • Return and refund, in accordance with our Terms of Service

All cases are assessed individually to ensure fairness for both the customer and the craftsmanship involved.

Eligibility & Timeframe

  • Requests for return or exchange must be reported within three (3) calendar days of delivery, excluding the delivery day and return dispatch date.
  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned in its original, undamaged packaging with all accessories intact.
  • In cases where the external packaging is visibly damaged upon delivery, the original Finch Craft & Co packing sticker and seal must remain intact and unbroken.

Important Notes (Change of Mind)

  • Returns or refusals due to change of mind, preference changes, or reasons unrelated to damage or defect may be subject to actual logistics, handling, and repackaging costs, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
  • Custom-made or personalized furniture is not eligible for change-of-mind returns once production has commenced.

Our Commitment

Your satisfaction matters to us. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from approved specifications, we will work with you to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund, as appropriate.
