We are committed to delivering high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, if the product you received does not conform to your expectations. We'd love to make it right! Please note that our website images may vary slightly due to studio lighting, camera flash, or background, which can sometimes create a slightly different appearance than the actual product.

If you've noticed any faults or aren't completely satisfied, we'd love to make it right. Here's what you can do:

  1. Record a video while unboxing the product, showing the issue.
  2. Send the video to our Customer Care Department.

We'll be happy to help with:

  • Exchanging the product for a new one
  • Returning the product for a refund (Terms and Conditions may apply)

You have 3 days from delivery to let us know, and we'll take care of the rest. Just ensure the product is safely packaged and in its original condition.

Terms:

  • Returns/Exchanges accepted within 3 days (excluding the day of delivery and return dispatch date).
  • Product must be in original condition
  • Delivery charges may apply if threshold amount limit Rupees 5000 exceeded for refund.
