Refund policy
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds (Fair-Use Policy)
1.1 Non-custom, ready-made products may be eligible for return or exchange within three (3) calendar days of delivery, excluding the delivery date and the return dispatch date. All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Finch Craft & Co.
1.2 Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be considered for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be strictly met:

The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, including all accessories, components, and documentation

If the item is delivered with visibly damaged external packaging, the original Finch Craft & Co packing sticker and seal must remain intact and unbroken

Any unboxing or inspection must be recorded in a single, continuous video clearly showing the sealed package being opened for the first time
Failure to comply with any of the above conditions may result in the return or exchange request being declined.
1.3 Custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized furniture items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, except where a verified manufacturing defect is identified upon inspection.
1.4 Refunds, where applicable, will be processed based on the stage of the order and the actual non-recoverable costs incurred, including but not limited to materials, packaging, handling, and logistics already executed.
1.5 In cases where an order is refused or returned at the time of delivery due to a change of mind (excluding damage or defects), Finch Craft & Co reserves the right to deduct actual logistics, handling, and repackaging costs from any approved refund.
1.6 Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within seven (7) to ten (10) business days following inspection and confirmation.
Damaged or Defective Items
2.1 If a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, the customer must notify Finch Craft & Co within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery by providing all of the following:

A clear, continuous unboxing video showing the original Finch Craft & Co packaging being opened for the first time, with the packing sticker and seal visibly intact prior to opening

Clear photographs evidencing the damage or defect

Valid proof of purchase
2.2 Upon verification of the claim, Finch Craft & Co will assess the issue and may, at its discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or partial or full refund, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2017.
2.3 Claims reported after twenty-four (24) hours from the time of delivery may not be eligible for review or approval.
